Dayzen ashwagandha tincture is an alcoholic preparation from the root of ashwagandha (withania somnifera), also called Indian ginseng. This plant, which is a traditional part of Ayurvedic medicine, is most commonly used as an adaptogen , meaning it helps the body cope with stress or environmental changes, supports vitality and well-being . However, ashwagandha also has a beneficial effect on the respiratory, cardiovascular and reproductive systems.

The tincture is made by double ultrasonic extraction from organically grown Ashwagandha root, from a grower in India. Each batch is carefully tested for the presence of heavy metals, pesticides and other harmful substances. The journey of Ashwagandha from the Indian farm to your bottle is as transparent, ecological and environmentally friendly as possible. The production process involves only 3 raw materials in a precisely designed ratio – Ashwagandha, ethanol and purified water: The crushed Ashwagandha root is mixed with a solvent (ethanol) and exposed to ultrasonic waves, which allows the release of bioactive substances from the cell walls of the raw material. Then, the root residues are separated from the extract and it is further adjusted to the desired purity and concentration – by diluting it with purified water. Ethanol also serves as a preservative.

Dosage
