Ingredients
Peppermint 49%, spearmint 20%, bergamot 11%, lemon verbena 10%, basil 4%, coriander 3%, cardamom 2%, lemon peel 1%.
Use
1 tea bag is poured over boiling water and left to infuse for 10 minutes. Tea is drunk warm or lukewarm.
