Recommendation:
1. Preparation: Add 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal mixture to 750 ml of boiling water, boil for 2-3 minutes and strain immediately. Alternatively, pour 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal mixture into a 750 ml container, pour boiling water over it, cover the container and let it steep for 15 minutes. Strain the infused tea before drinking. The tea can be sweetened with honey for flavor.
2. Usage: Take sips throughout the day until 5 p.m. This time is recommended, if you want, you can also enjoy the tea in the evening. However, we recommend a smaller amount.
3. Detoxification: Drink 750 ml daily for 3 weeks followed by a week break. You can repeat the whole process 3 times. Detoxification occurs more slowly, the body is pre-cleansed and after three weeks repeat the 3-week course.
4. Some herbal mixtures can also be used externally for their positive cosmetic or regenerative purposes, as a decoction for rinsing the skin (e.g. Rose, Blackthorn or Wild Orange), a hair balm (e.g. Stevia) or as a bath (e.g. Rose or Smilax).
