Ditustat reduces irritation in the area of the larynx and trachea and dampens the dry, irritating cough. Ditustat is used for dry, irritable cough associated with acute respiratory disease. Ditustat oral drops are designed for adults, adolescents and children from 6 months of age.
How to take Ditustat oral drops:
Adults and adolescents from 13 years of age use 3-4 times a day 52 drops. Children aged 3-13 years use 26 drops 3-4 times a day. Children 1-3 years of age use 3-4 times daily 13 drops. Children aged 6-12 months take 6 drops 3-4 times a day. Single doses should not be used earlier than 4 hours after the previous dose. Do not take the product for more than 5 days without a doctor (no longer than 3 days for children).
The active substance is dropropizin 22 mg in 1 ml of solution (1 ml = 26 drops).
The excipients are starnut oil, peppermint oil, polysorbate 80, citric acid monohydrate, saccharin sodium monohydrate, sorbic acid, and purified water.
