Dituzdin, coated tablets is a medicinal product for internal use for effective relief from dry cough. It contains the medicinal substance levodropropizine , which belongs to the group of antitussives, which are substances that suppress cough . Dituzdin is therefore used for the short-term symptomatic treatment of a dry non-productive cough (without mucus production). The medicinal product is intended for adults and adolescents from 12 years of age .

Dosage and method of use
Always take this medicine in accordance with the package leaflet.
Adults and adolescents from the age of 12 take 1 tablet at least 6 hours apart, a maximum of 3 times a day . Use the product until the cough subsides, but the maximum duration of treatment is 7 days. If the cough persists or worsens, consult your doctor. Take the tablets between meals and drink with a glass of water.
Ingredients
The active substance is levodropropizine . One coated tablet contains 60 mg levodropropizine .
Excipients in the core of the tablet are mannitol (E 421), microcrystalline cellulose (E 460(i)), sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide (E 551), magnesium stearate (E 470b). Auxiliary substances of the coating layer are polyvinyl alcohol (E 1203), titanium dioxide (E 171), macrogol 3350 (E 1521) and talc (E 553b).
Contraindication

This product is not intended for use in children and adolescents under 12 years of age. Do not take Dituzdin if you are allergic to the medicinal substance or any of the excipients listed in the composition.
