Doc phytolabor femidoc Agnuscastus 20mg 90 tablets
Femidoc Agnuscastus 20 mg film-coated tablets are herbal medicines and contain chaste tree fruit dry extract. Femidoc Agnuscastus 20 mg film-coated tablets are used to treat premenstrual syndrome (complaints that recur monthly before menstruation begins) in adult women aged 18 and over.
If you do not feel better or worse after 3 months, contact your doctor.
Contraindications
Do not take Femidoc Agnuscastus 20 mg film-coated tablets if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to chasteberry fruits or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).
interactions
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking/using, have recently taken/used or might take/use any other medicines. Interactions with dopamine agonists and dopamine antagonists, estrogens and anti-estrogens cannot be ruled out.
pregnancy and breast feeding period
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. Since Femidoc Agnuscastus 20 mg film-coated tablets are used to treat premenstrual syndrome, there is no reason for use during pregnancy.
Use during lactation is not recommended as milk production may be affected.
application
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
- Adult women: 1 film-coated tablet once a day in the morning
The film-coated tablet is swallowed whole with a sufficient amount of liquid. The film-coated tablets should be taken at the same time of the day whenever possible.
side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Severe allergic reactions with facial swelling, shortness of breath and difficulty swallowing have been reported. (Allergic) skin reactions (including skin rash, urticaria), headaches, dizziness, gastrointestinal complaints (including nausea and abdominal pain), acne and menstrual irregularities can occur. The frequency of occurrence is not known.
composition
The active substance in 1 film-coated tablet is: 20 mg dry extract of chasteberry fruit (Agni casti fructus), drug to extract ratio (DEV) 6-12:1; Extraction agent ethanol 60% (m/m).
The other ingredients are: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 400, macrogol 20000, propylene glycol.
