Dologran JOD is a dietary supplement that is suitable in cases where the normal diet does not contain enough calcium, magnesium and iodine or in cases of their increased need.
Calcium is needed for the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, contributes to the normal functioning of muscles, the normal function of digestive enzymes, normal energy metabolism, normal blood clotting, the normal function of nerve transmission and plays a role in the cell division process.

Dosage and method of use
Adults can take 1 teaspoon (2g) daily on an empty stomach or between meals, children from 3 years of age can take half the amount.
Ingredients
One dose (= 2 g) contains 300 mg of calcium (37.5% RHP *), magnesium 171 mg (46% RHP *), iodine 90.7 mcg (60% RHP *).
