Composition of one tablet

silica clay: 360 mg

millet extract: 70 mg

biotin: 50 μg

pantothenic acid: 2 mg

Zinc: 4 mg

Copper: 0.5 mg

iron: 3 mg

selenium: 30 μg

MSM: 15mg

Dosage and use

Twice a day one tablet chewed with a little water after a meal. It is recommended to use it for at least three months. Up to three tablets may be taken daily during the first four weeks.
