Dr. Brux RILAX splint that can be used during the day in stressful situations. Stress and nervousness during the day can lead to jaw clenching. This causes long-term fatigue, headache, neck pain and tension in the neck muscles. By wearing the splint during the day, on the lower arch of the teeth, it creates a slightly flexible environment when biting and does not allow us to physically clench our teeth and jaws. The splint is made of an even softer thermoplastic material than Dr. Brux Bite.
