Live fermentation improves bioavailability

Studies show that not everyone uses pomegranate juices equally well, as the composition of the intestinal flora is of important importance for this1. In live fermentation, selected microorganisms, the use of which has a long tradition, cause a kind of natural pre-digestion with their enzymes and thus improve bioactivity. In the process, the fruit's own sugar is broken down. This process was developed by Dr. L. M. Jacob in 2004 and registered as an EU patent.

Gentle freeze-drying of pomegranate juice

The pomegranate juice is frozen after fermentation; the water is extracted from it at a maximum of 37 °C in a vacuum. This freeze-drying process produces a powder that has a large surface area and good solubility. This is a great help for the absorption process, because only substances dissolved in the digestive juices can be absorbed. During freeze-drying, the freshness quality and the natural spectrum of the plant substances are optimally preserved.

Application:

2 to 4 capsules daily. It is best to take it one hour before lunch or dinner.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of small children. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
Store the can in a dry place.
