Composition per capsule (daily dose)

Dr Schreibers ^® skin hair nails forte capsules contain 420 mg red algae powder of which 126 mg calcium, 75 mg bamboo shoot extract of which 56.2 mg silicic acid, 50 mg methylsulfonylmethane, 10 mg iron, 7.5 mg zinc, 2.1 mg vitamin B6, 1.2 mg biotin, 1 mg boron, 1 mg copper, 50 µg selenium.

Contains no allergens that require labeling.

The product is free of gluten and lactose. Suitable for vegans.

Application/Dosage

Take one capsule daily with a meal with approx. 200ml water. The recommended daily dose of one capsule must not be exceeded. Since hair grows about one centimeter a month and the skin needs a month to fully regenerate, we recommend using it over a longer period of time.
