Ekolife Natura Liposomal Magnesium+ is a dietary supplement containing magnesium, zinc, selenium, chromium and taurine in liposomal form . Magnesium is one of the essential minerals of the human body and is a cofactor for more than 300 different enzymes. Liposomal Magnesium+ contains magnesium in the chelate form of magnesium bisglycinate, which is a form with very good absorbability and usability for the body.

What is a liposomal form?

The liposomal form has a much higher absorbability than conventional forms (capsules, tablets, powder). The vitamin is coated with liposomes, or microparticles of fat. This protective coating ensures that  the vitamin molecule reaches the blood intact, from where it is easily absorbed directly into the cells.  The source of liposomes (lipids) is  sunflower lecithin . In addition, this form does not burden the stomach.
