Lapacho is a tea made from the inner bark of the Tabebuia serratifolia tree originating from the Amazon regions of South America, also called the drink of the Incas. One of the many other names for this tree is the "tree of life" because its healing and strengthening effects have been used by indigenous tribes for centuries. Currently, lapachol, a substance contained in lapach, is the subject of attention of scientists and doctors all over the world dealing with the treatment of cancer.

Ingredients:

dried crushed inner bark of the Tabebuia serratifolia tree

Preparation:

Put 4 full teaspoons of lapachus into 1 liter of boiling water, let it boil for 5 minutes. Then we set aside and let it infuse for another 15-20 minutes. We can drink both warm and chilled.

Dosage:

Drink 1 liter of decoction during the day, preferably between meals. After 2-3 weeks of use, a break of at least 1 month is appropriate. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage!
