Smilax medicinalis is a perennial wrapping plant traditionally used in Central America.

It helps to cleanse the organism and ensures the correct activity of excretion . It contains saponins, phytosterols (β-sitostero), glycosides, calcium, copper, iron, iodine, manganese, potassium, silicon, sodium, sulfur, B-complex vitamins, C, D and provitamin A.

Dried crushed root of Smilax officinalis plant.

Smilax officinalis (smilax) comes from Central America and West India. It mainly contains steroid saponins, glycosides, mitraphylin, rhynchophyllin, hirsutin. Also calcium, copper, iron, iodine, manganese, potassium, silicon, sodium and sulphur, vitamin A, C, D and group of vitamins B.

Ingredients:

dried crushed root of the plant Smilax officinalis

Preparation:

1 teaspoon per 1 liter of boiling water, boil for 3 minutes and drain.

Dosage:

Drink 1 liter of decoction daily in small portions, no later than 5 p.m. Use for at least 1 month. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage!
