DP AlbuPhan is a medical device used to analyze urine. Helps verify the presence of protein in the urine. The test is performed using a strip that is immersed in a urine sample for 1-2 seconds. The result is known after one minute. The test is particularly sensitive to albumin. It shows lower sensitivity to globulins, mucoproteins, hemoglobin and Bence-Jones protein. The test strips are for single use only.
