Naxxid ^® Suspension contains a mixture of various complementary substances that work together in the esophagus and stomach.

Immediately after swallowing, Naxxid ^® turns into a viscous, light gel that glides along the lining of the burning esophagus. As soon as Naxxid ^® has reached the stomach, it neutralizes the gastric acid. This reaction creates small bubbles that form a stable layer on the gastric juice. This stable foam carpet prevents irritating gastric juice from flowing back into the sensitive esophagus.
