Acute every half to full hour (max. 6-8 times a day;
children 6-12 years: max. 6 times a day;
children 2-6 years: max. 4 times a day) 1 spray in each nostril.
Chronic 1-2 puffs a day (children 6-12 years: 1 puff 3 times a day; children 2-6 years: 1 puff twice a day) in each nostril.
