Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is one of the so-called “healthy fats”, it is an omega-6 fatty acid. It occurs naturally in the diet, for example in dairy products. Note that in low-fat diet programs, which is typically a bodybuilding drawing diet, you may suffer from insufficient CLA intake!
