Powdered table-top sweetener based on xylitol . Xylitol is a substance that occurs naturally in many fruits and vegetables. We can find it in plums, raspberries, strawberries and corn. It belongs to the group of sugar alcohols and is produced mainly from birch bark or corn . It has a pleasant sweet taste and about 40% less caloric content than regular sugar . FAN Xylitol is suitable for sweetening hot and cold drinks, but also for cooking, baking as a substitute for beet sugar.
