Figureform® Base Mineral Powder Express is a concentrated, balanced dietary supplement with calcium, sodium, potassium, magnesium, zinc and selenium. Application:

Standard dose: Dissolve 2 slightly heaped teaspoon (= approx. 1 g) in water 5 times a day at least 1 hour after breakfast and once at least 1 hour after dinner and drink.
Maintenance dose: Dissolve 1 slightly heaped teaspoon in water 1 time daily at least 1 hour after dinner and drink.
Note: Figureform® Alkaline Mineral Powder Express should not be dissolved in mineral water, fruit juices or other acidic beverages.

Special Notes:

Suitable for harmonizing gastric acidity. Recommended at the beginning of any deacidification cure. Also before going to bed as an alkaline drink.
