PH indicator papers with a measuring range of pH 5.5 - 9.0 are suitable for orientation pH measurement, eg for determining the acidity of the organism and subsequent adjustment of the diet.

Acid-base balance is the balance of acids and bases within the organism, ie a constant ratio between their formation and degradation, respectively excretion. The pH value determines the degree of acidity (pH <7) or alkalinity (pH> 7) of the organism, pH 7 is neutral.

If the measurements show that your body is over-acidified, we recommend trying products that help reduce the body's over-acidification.

How to use:

• Use fresh urine collected in a clean container free of detergents and disinfectants for testing.
• Remove one strip from the box and close the box.
• Soak the pH indicator paper in the urine container for 1-2 seconds and then pull it out.
• After one minute of exposure, evaluate the color of the paper by visual comparison with the enclosed color scale.
