Fytopharma Eyebright loose herb is a dietary supplement containing Euphrasia officinalis.
Eyebright:

Dosage and method of use
Preparation and dosage:
- Brew: 1 teaspoon of eyebright (1.5 g) is poured with 0.2 l of boiling water and left to infuse for 10 - 15 minutes and then strained. The brew is drunk 1-2 times a day.
- Decoction: 2 teaspoons (3 g) are boiled for 5 minutes in 300 ml of water, then left to infuse for another 10 minutes and then strained. The decoction is used for washing and compresses 3 - 4 times a day.
It is always prepared fresh immediately before use.
