Oligovit® Sleep is a dietary supplement in powder form for direct oral use containing melatonin, passion fruit, and vitamins B6 and B12. For adults from 18 years of age.
Melatonin is a substance that affects the body's own circadian rhythms, its level in the blood normally increases after the onset of darkness and peaks in the middle of the night. The body produces it itself, but its production may decrease with age, so it is recommended to consult the dosage individually with a doctor or pharmacist.

Dosage and method of use
Adults: Once a day, half an hour before bedtime, dissolve the contents of 1 sachet directly in your mouth, without adding any liquid.
