Recommended daily dose:
Adults 3 tablets 2 times a day on an empty stomach, at least 45 minutes before meals. Drink with water. Adults can gradually increase the dosage to 12 tablets per day by taking 3 tablets 4 times a day on an empty stomach. 

Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Wobenzym can only be administered to children after consultation with a pediatrician, who will also determine the dosage. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
