Preparation and dosage:
Adults and children from 10 years: 1 heaped measuring cup (approx. 14 g) once a day. Dispense into the dry glass with the included measuring cup, add cold water, stir and drink after dissolving. Take 2-3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
