Preparation and dosage:
Adults and children over 10 years: 1 heaping cup (approx. 14 g) once a day. Place the supplied measuring cup in a dry glass, add cold water, mix and drink after dissolving. Use 2-3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
