GELAMAX + vitamin C is a food supplement in the form of a loose powder containing collagen hydrolysate. It is taken in the form of a drink in a 10% dilution.

Collagen is one of the most abundant proteins in our body. It is found in muscles, bones, skin, blood vessels, digestive system and tendons. It is collagen that provides the skin with elasticity and strength, in addition to helping to replace dead cells. In joints and tendons, it acts as a "binder" that holds the body together. It works from the inside, so it also gives the necessary elasticity to the deeper layers of the skin. When consuming collagen, a proper supply of vitamin C is important. It turns collagen into a usable protein.

Dosage and method of use
The recommended daily dose is 15-30 g, the highest daily dose is 100 g (as a protein supplement). It is recommended to take small doses of the drink as often as possible during the day, at least once every two to three hours. It is not advisable to interrupt the intake of the drink for a long time.
Preparation instructions: It is prepared as a drink in a 10% dilution, i.e. blend 32 g (4 tablespoons) into 0.3-0.35 l of water. 1 straight tablespoon contains 8 g of powder. The finished drink is intended for immediate consumption, for gradual reception during the day it is advisable to store in a cool place, consume within 24 hours. Stirring into milk is not recommended, but it is possible, with no more than half the dosage of powder.
Composition
Hydrolyzed collagen (56%), skimmed milk powder, rapeseed oil, dried egg whites, emulsifier soya lecithin. Table top sweeteners: acesulfame K, cyclamate Na, saccharin Na, sucralose. Aroma. Coloring additive caramel, cocoa.

Notification
