Recommended dosage:
- For infants and children from birth: 5 drops a day
- For children and adolescents from 12 years and for adults: 10 drops a day.
Drops are served on a spoon or in any suitable beverage or meal. Do not add to hot food and beverages because live cultures may be damaged. Drops do not change the taste of drinks and meals.
