Recommended daily dosage: Take 1-2 tablets daily. The tablets are taken in the morning and evening. The maximum daily allowed dose is 2 tablets. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients: dandelion root extract (Taraxacum officinale), Lamium album flower extract, dried beetroot (Beta vulgaris), chromium chloride, sweetener: sorbitol; carrier: corn fiber, maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc, silica, calcium phosphates.
