Product description

Specially ground flour for better dough rising. We recommend using it instead of regular plain flour in yeast bread recipes.
The grain of wheat has a different composition in each of its parts - different content and quality of gluten, starch and other substances that have a fundamental influence on baking. By gradually grinding the grain, we obtain flours with different properties, and by mixing them, we then prepare the ideal one for each type of dough.
Smooth wheat flour for leavened dough
The dough rises well, has more volume, is stretchy, elastic and holds its shape better. Flour binds water better, so when mixing the dough we recommend adding a little more liquid than you put in regular flour.
It is suitable for baking all leavened products, for example spreads, Christmas cakes, buns, doughnuts, leavened cakes and strudels, rolls, buns, pizza.
