Granufink Femina 60 capsules

GRANUFINK femina is a herbal medicinal product and contains pumpkin seed oil as well as dry extracts of sumac bark and hop cones.

This medicinal product is a traditional herbal medicinal product that is only registered for the stated areas of application because it has been used for many years. This medicine is used in adults aged 18 and over.

Contraindications

Do not use GRANUFINK femina if you are allergic to pumpkin seeds, sumac bark, hop cones, pumpkin-like plants such as watermelon, courgettes, etc., soya, peanut or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6.1).

Pregnancy and breast-feeding
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Data on use during pregnancy and lactation are not available. Use during pregnancy and lactation is therefore not recommended.

GRANUFINK femina contains glucose (dextrose) and soybean oil
. If you know that you suffer from a sugar intolerance, please consult your doctor before taking GRANUFINK femina. Do not take this medicine if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to peanut or soy.

application

Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is
adults aged 18 and over:
1 hard capsule 3 times a day

Use in children and adolescents
The use of GRANUFINK femina in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended.

Method and duration of use:
Oral use. GRANUFINK femina should be taken with sufficient liquid, preferably before meals.
In principle, the duration of the application is not limited.
If you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 14 days, contact your doctor.

side effects

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Common side effects (affects 1 to 10 users in 100):
Mild gastrointestinal problems such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Rare side effects (affects 1 to 10 users in 10,000):
Allergic reactions (rashes, skin redness/erythema, facial swelling/oedema).

Very rare side effects (affects less than 1 user in 10,000):
Anaphylactic shock (severe, life-threatening allergic hypersensitivity reaction).

The active ingredients in 1 hard capsule are:

Pumpkin Seed Oil: 227.3 mg

Dry extract of spice sumac bark (drug to extract ratio (DEV) 5-7:1, extractant: water) 56.0 mg

Dry extract of hop cones (drug-extract ratio (DEV) 5.5-6.5:1, extractant: water) 18.0 mg

The other ingredients are: α-tocopherol acetate, soybean phospholipids, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, yellow wax, gelatin, glycerol 85%, purified water, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, sodium laurilsulfate, titanium dioxide (E171), red and yellow iron oxide (E172).
