The GranuFlex hydrocolloid dressing creates an optimal moist environment that supports the healing of mild to moderately secreting wounds. The dressing reacts with the wound exudate to create a moist environment that supports the healing process, absorbs the wound exudate and aids in the decomposition of inanimate tissue. The Granuflex hydrocolloid coating can be used as a primary or secondary coating in combination with another coating.
Dosage and method of use
Use a cover that extends 2 cm beyond the wound. The dressing absorbs the wound exudate and a gel is formed. Remove the silicone cover paper from the back and touch the contact surface as little as possible. Cover the wound with a cover. Press the cover around the wound with your hand to ensure that the edges adhere properly.
