Grenade AT4 - 120 capsules

 The "anabolic devastator" Grenade® AT4 ™ is specifically designed for intensive volume and strength training. 

DOSAGE:
One dose  = 3 capsules.  Take two doses daily (2 x 3 capsules = 6 capsules daily dose). 

The first dose (3 capsules)  - "on an empty stomach", about 30 minutes before breakfast, drink enough water.
Second dose (3 capsules)  - "on an empty stomach" about 30 minutes before lunch, drink enough water.

Dose with the cycling system (system 5 + 2)  = 5 days (eg PO to PA) dose according to the above instructions, then 2 days (eg SO, NE) "stop" dosing completely, then repeat the whole cycle. The ideal cycle length is 4 - 8 weeks = 1 to 2 packages of Grenade® AT4 ™. Subsequently, we recommend a 4-week break.

3 capsules : Vitamin D3 12.5 ug (250% DDD), D-Asparagic acid (chelate) 1,500 mg, Fenurex Fenugreek (trigonella foenum-gaecum (fenugreek hay)) 360 mg, Passiflora Caerulea (blue passion fruit) 73.75 mg, Boron (boric acid) 4.75mg. Other ingredients: gelatin capsule, magnesium stearate, water, colorant (alur red, titanium dioxide).
