GS Mamavit is a unique supplementary source of vitamins and minerals , a sufficient supply of which is particularly important during pregnancy , breast-feeding or before planned pregnancy. GS Mamavit was developed in collaboration with the Institute for Mother and Child in Prague to the latest findings on nutrition of pregnant and lactating women in the country. * In an ideal balanced combination ensures the supply of all essential vitamins along with calcium, iodine, iron and other important trace elements. Vitamin B1, B12, iron and magnesium help to overcome the feeling of fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, niacin, vitamin B12, C and Dare substances that the mother's organism requires during pregnancy and breastfeeding in larger quantities. Vitamin A is present in the form of beta-carotene from the point of view of fetal safety, from which the mother's body creates vitamin A as needed so that there is no risk of overdose. Vitamin E and selenium provide protection against free radicals. Adequate intake of folic acid is important especially before the planned pregnancy and during the first weeks of pregnancy.
