What does GS MimiStar ^® FORTE contain and how do the individual components work?

GS MimiStar ^® FORTE is a preparation with a high content of inositol, folic acid, iodine, magnesium, zinc and other important substances, which will tune your body into optimal form and prepare it for the conception of the baby and subsequent pregnancy.

Inositol

Inositol is a substance naturally occurring in the human body . Man partly creates it himself and partly covers his needs from the external environment. It is sometimes referred to as vitamin B _9. It is an important component of cell membranes and is involved in the exchange of information between cells.

Folic acid

Folic acid, or folate, is one of the B-group vitamins. We need it to divide cells, especially in fast-growing tissues, such as bone marrow, where new blood cells are formed. It promotes the growth of germinal tissues during pregnancy.   It helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion and also has a positive effect on mental activity.

Zinc
