Use
Apply the appropriate amount of shampoo to wet hair and rub gently. This will wash away dirt and grease. Rinse with clean lukewarm water and reapply the shampoo. Leave on hair and scalp for a few minutes. Then rinse again with lukewarm water. Finally, rinse with colder water.
