Use:

Use as required. After brushing the teeth, apply the gel directly to the gums using a soft tooth or interdental brush. We recommend applying the gel in the evening after brushing your teeth, leaving a herbal gel film on the gums that has a beneficial effect on your gums throughout the night . The gel does not replace normal toothpaste. Do not rinse mouth after application.
