Herisland syrup is a traditional herbal preparation that contains an extract of Icelandic lichen. Icelandic lichen supports normal upper respiratory tract function.

Not intended for children under 1 year.

Dosage and method of use

Adults and adolescents from 16 years of age can take 15 ml (3 teaspoons) of syrup 4 times a day.
Children aged 10 to 16 years can take 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of syrup 4 times a day.
Children aged 4 to 10 years can take 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of syrup 4 times a day.
Children aged 1 to 4 years can take 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of syrup 4 times a day.
