The umbellate mushroom ( Polyporus umbellatus ), also known as the "ram's head", is a very tasty and culinary valued mushroom, which in addition to its taste also provides a number of bioactive substances , including all essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Hrotlife Polyporus contains an extract from the fruiting body of this mushroom with a high content of beta-glucans .
