This product is a medical device. Please read the instructions in the package leaflet carefully and familiarize yourself with the functions and use before use.
Description:
Lubricating eye drops for moisturizing and protecting the surface of the eye with hyaluronic acid. For relief from dryness and environmental eye discomfort such as burning, tearing, and a gritty feeling. Sterile solution. Soothing, well-tolerated, and long-lasting. Suitable for hard and soft contact lenses.
What is Hylo-Vision HD?
Hylo-Vision HD is a sterile and slightly viscous wetting agent in a multi-dose container.
Hylo-Vision HD contains hyaluronic acid and provides improved and long-lasting lubrication of the eye's surface. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance that also occurs in the structures of the human eye and in the tear film, making it particularly well-tolerated. It is characterized by a high water-binding capacity, adheres well to the eye's surface (mucoadhesive properties), and is viscoelastic. Thus, Hylo-Vision HD moisturizes, wets, and protects the eye's surface, ensuring a uniform, stable, and long-lasting film of moisture. Hylo-Vision HD is very effective for burning, watery eyes and gritty sensations. It provides relief from dryness and environmental eye irritation.
Hylo-Vision HD is well-suited for wetting contact lenses, significantly improving wearing comfort.
Polyhexanide, contained in Hylo-Vision HD, is a gentle preservative that, thanks to its antimicrobial properties, effectively protects against contamination of the solution while being very well tolerated.
Hylo-Vision HD can be used for the following indications:
To relieve dryness and mild, non-pathological irritation caused by environmental factors affecting the eye, such as burning, fatigue, prolonged screen work, or contact lens wear.
When should Hylo-Vision HD not be used?
In case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the ingredients.
Who is Hylo-Vision HD suitable for?
Suitable for use in adolescents and adults. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as young children, should consult their doctor before using Hylo-Vision HD.
What side effects can occur when using Hylo-Vision HD?
- After application, a temporary impairment of visual acuity (blurred vision) may occur. In this case, you should not drive or operate machinery. It is recommended to wait until normal visual acuity has returned.
- Immediately after instilling the drops, temporary symptoms such as a slight burning sensation in the eyes may occur.

How do I use Hylo-Vision HD?
For external use only.
Step 1:
Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. To open, turn the screw cap counterclockwise until the safety seal breaks. Please remove the safety ring after opening the bottle for the first time.
Step 2:
Hold the bottle upside down and instill one or two drops into the conjunctival sac of each eye. Blinking will distribute the solution and form a clear layer of fluid on the surface of the eye.
Step 3:
Replace the cap after use.
Alternatively, if using the drops with contact lenses, apply one or two drops to each contact lens before inserting them into your eyes, rather than putting the drops directly into your eyes. Hylo-Vision HD can also be used while wearing contact lenses.
How often and for how long should I use Hylo-Vision HD?
Use Hylo-Vision HD as needed or as directed by your eye doctor.
Hylo-Vision HD is suitable for long-term use; however, as with all medical conditions, you should consult an ophthalmologist if symptoms persist.
If you are also using other local eye treatments, there should be an interval of approximately 30 minutes between applications. Hylo-Vision HD should be applied after the other products.
