Description:

Lubricating eye drops for moisturizing and protecting the surface of the eye with hyaluronic acid and allantoin.

For relief from dryness, irritation, and minor irritations. Due to its composition, it supports cell regeneration. Sterile solution. Soothing, well-tolerated, and long-lasting. Suitable for hard and soft contact lenses.

What is Hylo-Vision HD Plus?
Hylo-Vision HD Plus is a sterile and slightly viscous wetting agent in a multi-dose container. Hylo-Vision HD Plus

contains hyaluronic acid and allantoin and serves to improve and long-lasting lubrication of the ocular surface. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance that also occurs in the structures of the human eye and in the tear film, and is therefore particularly well-tolerated. It is characterized by a high water-binding capacity, adheres well to the ocular surface (mucoadhesive properties), and is viscoelastic. Thus, Hylo-Vision HD Plus moisturizes, wets, and protects the surface of the eye, ensuring a uniform, stable, and long-lasting film of moisture on the eye's surface. Allantoin is a plant-based active ingredient derived, for example, from the comfrey plant. Allantoin has a soothing and nourishing effect through physical means and, in combination with hyaluronic acid, helps retain moisture.

Hylo-Vision HD Plus is very well suited for relieving dryness, irritation, and minor discomfort. As a beneficial moisturizer, it supports cell regeneration.

Polyhexanide, contained in Hylo-Vision HD Plus, is a gentle preservative that, thanks to its antimicrobial properties, effectively protects against contamination of the solution while also being very well tolerated.

Hylo-Vision HD Plus is well suited for wetting contact lenses. This significantly improves the wearing comfort of the contact lenses.

Hylo-Vision HD Plus can be used for the following indications:

• For relief from dryness and mild, non-pathological irritation of the eye caused by environmental factors.
• such as burning sensations, fatigue, prolonged screen time, or wearing contact lenses.
• As a soothing moisturizer, it supports cell regeneration.

When should you not use Hylo-Vision HD Plus?
If you have a known hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the ingredients.

Who is Hylo-Vision HD Plus suitable for?

• Suitable for use with adolescents and adults.
• Pregnant women, breastfeeding women and young children should consult their doctor before using Hylo-Vision HD Plus.

What side effects can occur when using Hylo-Vision HD Plus?

• After application, a temporary impairment of visual acuity (blurred vision) may occur. In this case, you should not drive or operate machinery. It is recommended to wait until normal visual acuity has returned.
• Immediately after instilling the drops, temporary symptoms such as a slight burning sensation in the eyes may occur.

What precautions and warnings should be observed?

• Check the bottle for damage to ensure the contents are germ-free.
• Do not use if the bottle is damaged.
• Do not use if the liquid is cloudy or discolored.
• Make sure the eye does not come into contact with the bottle to avoid injury or infection.
• The opening of the multi-dose container must not be touched by other objects or body parts.
• If any side effects occur, seek medical advice.
• Do not use as the sole treatment for an eye infection.
• Do not use at the same time as medications or other products applied to the eye, as Hylo-Vision HD Plus may alter their effects.
• The same multi-dose container must not be used by multiple patients.
• Hylo-Vision HD Plus is not suitable as a storage solution for contact lenses.
• Hylo-Vision HD Plus should be kept out of the reach of children.
• The product must not be used after the expiry date shown on the label and the carton.

How do I use Hylo-Vision HD Plus?
For external use only.

Step 1:
Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. To open, turn the screw cap counterclockwise until the safety seal breaks. Please remove the safety ring after opening the bottle for the first time.

Step 2:
Hold the bottle upside down and instill one or two drops into the conjunctival sac of each eye. Blinking will distribute the solution and form a clear layer of fluid on the surface of the eye.

Step 3:
Replace the cap after use.

Alternatively, if using the drops with contact lenses, apply one or two drops to each contact lens before inserting them into your eyes, rather than putting the drops directly into your eyes.

Hylo-Vision HD Plus can also be used while wearing contact lenses.

How often and for how long should I use Hylo-Vision HD Plus?
Use Hylo-Vision HD Plus as needed or as directed by your eye doctor.

Hylo-Vision HD Plus is suitable for long-term use; however, as with any condition, you should consult an ophthalmologist if symptoms persist.

If you are also using other local eye treatments, there should be an interval of approximately 30 minutes between applications. Hylo-Vision HD Plus should be applied after the other products.

The following pack sizes are available:
15 ml eye drops and 2 x 15 ml multi-dose containers.

What are the storage and disposal instructions?
Store between 5°C and 25°C. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. The lot number and expiry date can be found on the bottle and the outer carton. Once opened, Hylo-Vision HD Plus can be used for 90 days. Hylo-Vision HD Plus can be disposed of with household waste.

Composition:
Sodium hyaluronate (0.20%), allantoin, polyhexanide (PHMB, 0.00015%), sodium edetate (EDTA), sodium chloride, isotonic phosphate buffer, purified water.
