INDOL-IN is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules, which contains 150 mg of Indole-3-carbinol.
It can also be used with hormonal contraception. It is also suitable for diabetics.
The pack contains 120 capsules.
Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 2 capsules daily for 1 to 2 months, 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening. For people weighing more than 75 kg, the recommended dosage is 1 capsule 3 times a day, 1 capsule in the morning, 1 capsule at noon, 1 capsule in the evening.
Taken 5 to 10 minutes before a meal, it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids.
Ingredients
Each capsule contains Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) 150 mg, sorbitol 150 mg, magnesium stearate 50 mg, colorant: titanium dioxide and capsule shell: gelatin.
