Indonal Forte contains Indole-3-carbinol, Curcumin complex and piperine. Indole-3-carbinol is a substance that is obtained by gentle extraction from cruciferous plants (cabbage, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli). Curcumin complex contains the patented Curcumin C3 Complex containing active curcuminoids of the plant Curcuma long.

Indole-3-carbinol 200 mg, curcumin complex (curcumin, bisdemetoxycurcumine, demethoxycurcumine) 100 mg, piperine (black spice extract) 2 mg, gelatin (capsule shell).

Dosage:

1 - 2 capsules daily after meals for 3 months. 3 capsules daily for 3 months - above 70 kg.
