Ingredients

Sugar, maltodextrin, fructose, sodium chloride, sodium citrates, potassium citrates, magnesium carbonate, aroma, acid: malic acid, L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate. 

Use

For 1 serving of isotonic drink, mix 35 g of powder (2 scoops) with 400 ml of drinking water. For 1 serving of hypotonic drink, mix 35 g of powder (2 scoops) with 500 ml of drinking water. Recommended dosage: 1 serving of a drink a day, especially suitable during and after training.
