Use:

Massage the foot and foot balm into the skin. Start at the top of your feet and work down to your toes, feet and heels. Pay special attention to the heel skin if it is cracked, dry or hard. Massage your feet from heel to knee in a circular motion to improve lymph circulation in the body and blood circulation. Use morning and evening for best results.
