Dosage
The recommended daily dose is 1 tablet daily . Dissolve the tablet in a glass (200 ml) of cold water.

Active ingredients in one tablet: magnesium 300 mg - 80% RHP *, lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis) 50 mg, passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata) 50 mg, chamomile extract (Matricaria chamomilla) 50 mg.
