JAMIESON Coenzyme Q10 is a dietary supplement that contains a combination of coenzyme Q10 , selenium and vitamin B1 . Coenzyme Q10 is partly taken in with food and partly produced directly in the body. It is naturally present in all cells of the human body. The role of Q10 in the body is to produce energy and ensure important defense.
- Vitamin B1 supports the proper functioning of the heart, contributes to balanced energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and mental activity.
- Selenium supports the health of hair and nails, helps protect cells from oxidative stress, contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the thyroid gland and spermatogenesis.

Dosage and method of use
Adults take 1 capsule daily after a meal.

Coenzyme Q10, vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), selenium (L-selenomethionine), gelatin (beef), carob, glycerol (coating agents); soybean oil (non-GMO), beeswax, sunflower lecithin (carrier). Contains soy and sulfites .
