Dosage:

adults 2 capsules a day.

Each capsule contains:
Fish oil (anchovy; may also contain sardine and mackerel oil) ... 1,000 mg 
Omega 3 fatty acids ... 500 mg 
Of which EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) ... 300 mg 
DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) ) ... 200 mg 
Obtained from 1000 mg of pure molecularly distilled sardine oil and anchovy.

Ingredients : fish oil, gelling agent (gelatin), emulsifier (glycerol).
