Ingredients in 1 capsule:

active ingredient - Aquamin TG (seaweed minerals, min. 30% calcium) 300 mg, active ingredient - inulin 185 mg, active ingredient - Aerosil 200 pharma (silica) 10 mg, anti-caking agent - magnesium stearate 5 mg, capsules - gelatin, titanium dioxide 100 mg.

Dosage:

Children from 3 years 1 capsule twice a day, adults 3 capsules once a day. The highest daily dose for children is 2 capsules, for adults 3 capsules. Do not eat or drink any drinks other than clean water for 20 minutes before and after use. Swallow the capsules with more liquid.
