Dosage:

Take 10 drops twice a day, unless otherwise recommended. Do not eat, smoke or drink any drinks other than clean water for about 20 minutes before and after use. If you are taking more than one Joalis preparation at the same time, you must take a break of 1 min between uses. Do not use a metal spoon.
